Shrimps Fatteh
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 400g Foody's Cooked Shrimps
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 slices Toasted Bread (cut into small pieces)
- 2 tbsp Pine Nuts (toasted)
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 batch Parsley (chopped, for garnish)
- Serves: 4
- Prep Time: 10 mins
- Cook Time: 20 mins
- Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat
- Cook mushrooms, garlic, and green onions until the mushrooms are cooked and the liquid if evaporated
- Stir in chicken broth and rice
- Season with parsley, salt, and pepper
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 mins
