Shrimps Fatteh


  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 400g Foody's Cooked Shrimps
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 slices Toasted Bread (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 tbsp Pine Nuts (toasted)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 batch Parsley (chopped, for garnish)


  • Serves: 4
  • Prep Time: 10 mins
  • Cook Time: 20 mins



  1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat

  2. Cook mushrooms, garlic, and green onions until the mushrooms are cooked and the liquid if evaporated

  3. Stir in chicken broth and rice

  4. Season with parsley, salt, and pepper

  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 mins
